Marketing/Project Manager (PT)

Description

Our team is actively seeking a Marketing/Project Manager (PT) who is willing to be stationed in Newport, Oregon. A successful candidate will display a high degree of professionalism, have strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring the firm’s marketing program, events and projects.


Responsibilities & Activities

  • Partner with marketing team to identify and build programs that support an overarching strategy aligned with our business goals
  • Follow projects from idea to completion and report on progress to CEO
  • Work closely with project managers to execute on all elements to meet deadlines and keep projects on schedule
  • Interface directly with legal, compliance and principal review on marketing materials review
  • Manage marketing material inventory, presentations, websites and other tools
  • Track marketing budgets and spending reports


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Requires:
    • 2 years of marketing or project management experience, preferably within the financial services or professional industry
    • Knowledge of use with PowerPoint, excel, Social Media platforms, Canva or other graphic design software, google AdWords, website maintenance.
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to coordinate and manage event details
    • Excellent attitude and team player
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent at written communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Able to develop strong relationships with business and execution partners
    • Able to prioritize and quickly execute in a fast paced environment
