As a member of the Business Operations team, Susan is passionate about supporting the firm's human resources and financial operations. She finds the greatest fulfillment in helping team members succeed and creating an environment where they feel supported and valued.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science from Colorado Mesa University and brings a diverse background in healthcare administration, team leadership, and process improvement. When she's not working, you'll likely find her on the Oregon Coast kayaking, surfing, or hiking with her husband and dog.
