As Senior Director of People & Operations, Jennifer is passionate about human resources and helping an organization shine. She holds a PhD from Oregon State University, an MBA from Webster University, and a B.S. from George Mason University.
Jennifer has multiple certifications in her field such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She plays an active role in her community and serves on the boards of a state-wide organization and a K-12 school in Salem, Oregon. She has lived in the area since 1995 with her husband and two children. In her spare time, you will find her attending baseball games, traveling, exercising, and enjoying the many surprises Oregon has to offer.
